Llull Lab research tools: Ethics for Machines and Freud for Machines.

The research tools at llulllab.com are Ethics for Machines, which assesses the ethics of a situation or a planned action, and Freud for Machines, which answers research questions about Freud's work and about machine minds read through psychoanalysis.
You submit a situation or a question and receive a single written answer.
The research tools are offered free of charge for research and professional use: researchers, solo founders, teams, and organisations. By using them you confirm that you are acting for purposes relating to your research, trade, business, craft, or profession. The research tools are operated by Llull Lab (Firat Ilim, entrepreneur individuel), SIREN 988 721 320 (SIRET 988 721 320 00014), APE 7220Z, 61 rue de Lyon, 75012 Paris, France.
Access is by account. You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address; there is no password. You are responsible for the security of your email account and for activity under your account, including activity with an API key you create. You must provide accurate information.
Use is free and includes three questions per tool per account each day, with the limits shown on the tool pages. No payment method is required. We may limit the creation of multiple accounts by the same person. If a question fails on our side, or is refused by our safety checks, it does not count against your questions.
You may use the research tools only for lawful purposes and only with content you have the right to submit. You must not submit unlawful content, infringe others' rights, submit another person's personal data without a lawful basis, or use answers to harm others. You must not attempt to interfere with the service, probe or bypass its access controls, reverse-engineer the service, or resell access without a written agreement. Do not include live credentials or secrets in a submission.
Freud for Machines is for texts and concepts: do not submit your own dreams, health information or other sensitive personal data.
Your submissions and your answers are yours. We claim no ownership of either. You grant Llull Lab (Firat Ilim, entrepreneur individuel) a limited licence to process your submission solely to produce your answer. Nothing you submit is used to train any model. The research tools' software, interface, and methodology remain the property of Llull Lab (Firat Ilim, entrepreneur individuel).
Answers are produced computationally. They are offered as input to your judgment; they may contain errors or omissions, and they are not legal, medical, therapeutic, financial, or other professional advice. An answer is not a certification, an audit, or a compliance document. Decisions you take on the basis of an answer are yours.
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Personal data is handled under the Llull Lab Privacy Policy, which has a dedicated section for the research tools and is incorporated by reference. In short: your submission is processed to produce your answer and is not retained after the run completes; your answer is stored so you can return to it, and you can delete an answer and its content at any time from the tool page; account and answer data are stored on EU-based infrastructure; Ethics for Machines and Freud for Machines are processed and hosted in the EU.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss arising from decisions taken on the basis of an answer. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Where mandatory law grants you consumer protections, nothing here limits your statutory rights.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, including abuse of the free use or attempts against Section 4. On termination, data is handled under the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by French law. For professional users, the competent courts are the courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Where mandatory law grants you consumer protections, disputes may be brought before the courts competent under those rules, including those of your place of residence where applicable.
