Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Llull Lab ("we", "us", "our") handles personal data in connection with our applications Alberei and Tropus. We are committed to protecting your privacy and operating in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), CNIL regulations, and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

2. Alberei

Alberei is an automated humor generation system. It uses Google Sign-In for authentication purposes.

Google User Data Disclosure

Alberei's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

2.1 Data Accessed

Alberei uses Google Sign-In via Firebase Authentication. When you sign in with your Google account, we receive the following data:

Your email address
Your display name
A unique authentication identifier

Alberei does not request access to any other Google user data. We do not access Google Drive, Gmail, Google Calendar, or any other Google service beyond basic authentication.

2.2 Data Usage

The Google user data listed above is used exclusively for the following purposes:

Authenticating your identity and managing your user session
Displaying your name within the application interface
Account management (e.g., identifying your account for support or deletion requests)

Google user data is not used for advertising, profiling, behavioral tracking, analytics, or any purpose unrelated to authentication and account management. Google user data is not used for training artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

2.3 Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your Google user data with any third parties, except as follows:

Firebase Authentication (Google): Authentication data is processed by Google Firebase as part of the sign-in process. Firebase may process this data on servers located outside the European Union, in accordance with Google's data processing terms. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.

No other third party receives your Google user data.

2.4 Data Storage & Protection

Authentication data is stored securely through Firebase Authentication. We rely on Firebase's built-in security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, to protect your data. We do not store Google user data in any separate database or system outside of Firebase Authentication. Access to authentication records is restricted to authorized personnel only.

2.5 Data Retention & Deletion

Authentication-related data is retained only for as long as your user account remains active. You may request the deletion of all your authentication data at any time by contacting us at contact@llulllab.com. Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete your data within 30 days and confirm the deletion to you by email.

3. User Prompts and Processing

Alberei does not intentionally store user prompts. User inputs are processed transiently for the sole purpose of generating a response. Prompts are not retained for manual review, profiling, or behavioral tracking.

Llull Lab does not perform systematic monitoring of user inputs or generated outputs but reserves the right to implement technical or access restrictions where required by law or in cases of misuse.

4. Cookies and Analytics

Alberei does not use third-party analytics or tracking cookies. Authentication-related cookies may be set by Firebase for session management purposes only.

5. Tropus

Tropus is designed with a privacy-by-design approach. It does not collect, store, or process any personal data. No identifiable user information is retained. Tropus does not use Google Sign-In or any Google APIs.

6. Your Rights (GDPR / CNIL)

In accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR and CNIL regulations, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Request portability of your data
Object to or restrict the processing of your data

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of this page. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
